Getting Started and Becoming a VIP Member

What do I need to register?
To register you need a valid email address, a 6-16 character password PLUS the ability to pay with a valid credit card or PayPal account.

What is the suggested age to participate in the WeightLossVillage program?
We provide 46 meal plans with 4 specifically designed for children ages 9 thru 18 years of age.

Note:  everyone under the age of 18  must provide the approval of a parent or legal guardian.

What is the best way to register for a VIP Member account?
It’s so easy!   Go to the sign up page, complete the simple registration and select your method of payment.

Membership Fee:
For your convenience Membership is set up on an automatic renewal membership service and Automatic Recurring Billing (ARB). We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

VIP Membership:
Regular Price:   $199.00
When your initial term ends and every 90 days thereafter a charge of $199.00 will automatically be applied to the same account you provide at sign up unless or until you cancel.  If you do not cancel your membership it will automatically renew after each term. There is no contract.  You may cancel your membership at any time.

If you cancel membership billing stops immediately; no new charges will be billed to you but you will continue to have access to your account for the remainder of your then current term.  Members are not eligible for a prorated refund on any portion of the membership fee paid for the then-current period. See cancellation policy for full details on cancellation.   No exceptions will apply.

What is the best way to follow the program?
You can start the program wherever you choose however we suggest following the three phase program.


THREE PHRASE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM:
Phase 1 – Detox & Cleanse Phase:

Select from any of our 14 or 21 day Detox & Cleanse Meal PlansEliminate toxins from your body, transition from your unhealthy eating habits to optimize your weight loss. 
Phase 2 – Weight Loss Phase

This begins when you complete the Detox and Cleanse phase.  Choose from the other 40 online RD meal plans and continue until you reach your body weight goal.
Phase 3 – New Lifestyle Phase:

Once you reach your goal weight this phase helps you reinforce your new healthy eating and positive mindset to become your new lifestyle with lifelong results.

How long should I remain on the program?
This will depend on the amount of weight you want to lose and keep off.

Helpful Tip:   It takes 13 weeks to develop a new healthy habit; and another 13 weeks to reinforce it and make lifelong healthy habits.  We suggest a commitment or a minimum of 26 weeks.  Many members choose a 52 week program finding it beneficial to reinforce their weight loss success.

How quickly will I see results?
When following the plan you can expect to see and feel results by the end of your first week. The more weight you have to lose the more weight you can expect to lose in the 1st week.  Be true to yourself, set a realistic expectation of 2 pounds per week, keep track of everything you eat, add fitness activities into your life and keep track of your fitness to enhance optimum results.

Is the program good for people who want to maintain or gain weight?
Yes. WeightLossVillage is excellent if you prefer to gain weight or maintain your existing weight in a healthy manner.  Many of our meal plans are available in 1200, 1300, 1500, 1700, 1900, 2100 or 2300 calories with a balanced ratio of 55% carbs, 20% protein and 25% fat.  Adjust the calories depending on the results you want to achieve.

Do I need to purchase any special or expensive foods?
NEVER because Weight Loss Village is a lifestyle not a diet there are no special, frozen, prepackaged, processed or expensive foods needed.  Simply follow your selected personalized online meal plan with its computer generated grocery list and shop at your local supermarket.  The program is simple enough to become a healthy habit and fit into your lifestyle and busiest schedule to further ensure your success.

Will I need to exercise to drop my unwanted weight on the WeightLossVillage program?
Our immediate answer is Yes. However the choice is yours depending on your health, how quickly you want to reach your target weight and if you want to maintain it?  For maximum results we suggest you ‘move it to lose it’. To lose weight you need to take in fewer calories, burn more calories, or both.  Choose an exercise you’ll enjoy and mix it up to prevent getting bored.  Try walking, dancing, yoga or a vigorous gym workout.  Add fitness into your schedule by setting aside 20-30 minutes at least 3-4 times per week. Fitness when added to a healthy sensible eating program helps you develop a rewarding new lifestyle and gets you the body. Start today!

Can I change my account details?
Yes.   Login and go to your account page. Choose the changes you want to make.  Remember to select ‘SAVE’ after you make any changes or the changes will not be saved.

What do I do if I lose or forget my password?
Select ‘Lost Password”, enter your email address or username on file with WeightLossVillage and we will send your password to your email on file

Can I stop my VIP Membership?
Yes, members can easily stop their membership.  Please see Cancellation Policy and Stop My Membership
Note:  Enter your username and password on the ‘Stop My Membership’ form to be directed to the ‘unsubscribe’ page and follow the instructions

Can I reactivate my membership if I cancel it?
Yes, you are always welcome back and your original username and password will remain in our system

How do I reactivate my VIP Membership?
Go to account login, enter your username and password.   From ‘My Membership Information” select Add/Renew Membership

Payment Methods

What method of payment can I use?
Authorize.Net and all major credit cards as well as a PayPal account.  Provisions to open a new PayPal account are available during the registration process on the PayPal page.

What currency does WeightLossVillage accept?

How am I charged?
For your convenience we use Automatic Recurring Billing (ARB). Upon registration your method of payment will be charged

Select the plan that best suits you.

Billing:  the rate of either $3.95 or $5.95 per week  at sign up depending on the membership you selected.. Thereafter every 13 weeks/90 days from your date of registration a charge of $3.95 or $5.95 per week for another 13 week period  will be automatically applied to the same account you provided at the time you registered. Charges will appear from ‘WeightLossVillage’.   This will continue until or unless you cancel your membership.

Please see Cancellation Policy and/or Stop My Membership. You may cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel, billing stops immediately and no new charges will be billed to you. You will continue to access your membership for the remainder of your then current term.

Are my payments secure?
Financial transactions are protected through PayPal and/or Authorize,Net who use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) that encrypts the data you provide to ensure privacy. A closed lock on the lower portion of the page will notify you when you are using a page that is protected with SSL technology.

How will the charge appear on my Credit Card or PayPal account?
Charges will appear from WeightLossVillage OR Jubilee Enterprises LLC

Stop My Membership

1. Login
2. You will be directed to “My Membership Information’ page.
3. Select ‘Stop My Membership’ from the lower right menu to be directed to a secure PayPal page
4. Enter your PayPal or credit card information and follow the steps to cancel.
5. Remember to select ‘SAVE’

** Reminder – Once you stop your membership your account will remain active and you can continue to make full use of your member benefits until the end of the then current membership term.  However, your membership will not be renewed after that term expires and no future payments will be charged unless you reactivate your account.
***Reminder: From time to time we may offer promotions and weight loss challenge contests. Members are advised to make sure they are not entered into any promotions or contests before choosing to ‘stop their membership’ or they will be eliminated from the promotion or contest.
